Tokuma Shinryaku

 

No one should be fooled by Shinryaku's clean-cut, polite exterior. Beneath his handsome appearance and elegance lies the most infernal control machine in the school.

Shinryaku is president of the student body and head of discipline, an unprecedented accumulation of power, which he exercises with inflexibility, but never with pedantry.

The Tokumas were a happy family until their father left home without explanation, leaving his eldest son, Shinryaku, to manage the entire household.

Shin, as he's called only by his closest friends, has learned to handle every eventuality, especially after his mother became an alcoholic.

When he's angry, which happens more often than he'd like to admit, he generates enormous amounts of electricity. Hishibashi believes the boy may be half-dragon or half-kirin.
