Group Affiliation -- White Noise 


Biography -- No one knows who hides beneath the white masks of White Noise.

Known only by their codenames Stiletto (her) and Fearwright (him), while not world-class criminals like The Archivist or Meltdown, they are nonetheless greatly feared. The two are "simple" thieves (although Stiletto also works as a mercenary and assassin for mafias, corporations, and various powerful figures). Some kind of connection must exist with the World War II German supergroup "Black Dawn," whose colors (white and black) they adopted.

The two are very famous in Europe, where they have carried out highly spectacular heists. They are also famous in Asia, where they faced off against agents of the 750 Institute in Manila and Seoul, and recently also in America, where they robbed several banks, although they were ultimately defeated by Counterforce.


Powers and Abilities -- Stiletto is agile, at superhuman levels, and she can stab objects with his knives with unnatural precision. Fearwaright, somewhat like Terrorgaze, inspires fear (but with less skill), has the ability to phase through objects, and, last but not least, remarkable superstrength.

Lovers and Friends -- The two appear to have some sort of relationship with each other and with Terrorgaze. It seems they could be siblings, while their occasional colleague appears to be in love with one (or both?) of them.

They have occasionally worked for higher-ranking criminals like the Archivist, but it seems like they were mercenaries, not friends.

Green Leafs Academy

Golden Oak is an elegant building, in a vague Meiji style, built in the hills surrounding Kamakura, Tokyo. The academy's headquarters houses several facilities, a Buddhist temple, with a Tenjin and Inari shrine inside, a large sports hall, a vast library, and other smaller structures, in addition to the building housing the classrooms and dormitories. This building houses the nearly 300 students who attend the institute. There are 10 sections, each composed of three or six sections (three for middle school, three for high school). The building is always crowded, with both students and teachers, and sometimes even repair robots or specialized cyborgs. The most important part of the building is the school cafeteria, where almost all the students gather at lunchtime, but at other times it is a rather quiet place. Asato Matt

  Technically, Matt isn't a member of the Imperial Military Academy. However, as a close friend of Daigo, he's often found in the military school buildings. A highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant, an accident has given him state-of-the-art mechanical arms. His father is Japanese, but his mother is of American descent, either Hawaiian or Native American. Matt is totally loyal to the Emperor and, it is said, hopelessly in love with Nana. For her, he would do anything crazy. Spolier Allert: The truth is that Matt is a secret experiment by the Shogunate to create a new type of cyborg. His fists are very powerful, and he can fire a high-energy laser beam when needed. However, Matt prefers to fight with his fists whenever possible.

Imperial Military School

  When the Japanese military took power in 2025, installing a puppet emperor, they also decided to take control of the education of those children born with superhuman powers. Although the plan partially failed, private centers such as the Green Leaf Academy still exist. The Imperial Military Academy in Ise is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious and advanced institutions in the nation. While the academy officially trains young officers for the reborn Imperial Armed Forces, its true purpose is to monitor and train young superhumans to serve the Empire (or rather, the Shogunate). Emperor Daigo himself also studies in this academy.
